Overview

This help page explains services provided by http://www.snapgalaxy.com. You can order different sized prints with choice of paper type. You can customize any products from the SnapGalaxy store with the photo you like.

Ordering Prints

To order the prints for photos,

Or follow the steps as described below:
  1. On top blue bar, click on "My Albums".
  2. Double click on the album from where you place an order.
  3. Select the images you like to print by clicking the checkboxes underneath each image.
  4. Click on "Add to Cart" link that is showing up below ?Play Slideshow? link on the same page. You will see a pop-up displaying your photos are added to the cart.
  5. Click on "Shopping Cart" text link on top of the page.
  6. On the cart page, you will see the photos you have selected along with text boxes.
  7. Type the number of prints into the appropriate textbox along side of the photo. If you like to order the same number of prints for all photos then, you can type in the number into "Quick Order" textboxes too. Select the paper type (glossy or matte) as per your requirement.
  8. Once done, click on "Checkout", you will be directed to page where you can provide shipping details.
  9. On the shipping page, edit the address if required. You can add additional addresses too by clicking on "Add address" button, if needed.
  10. Once done, click on "continue" or "checkout" link.
  11. You can review your order detail on this page. Once satisfied, click on "checkout".
  12. On the billing page, select appropriate option and provide the details as required. Once you click the "Process Order" button, your order will be placed.
  13. You will receive the receipt email to your registered email address.
  14. This order can also be viewed in Order History page under "My Account" menu.

The site provides a link to view the shopping cart on top bar on right. This link is available on all the pages after user login.

Order Histroy

To view the order history of all the orders you have placed in past,
  1. Click on “Order History” link located in top green bar under “My Account” menu.
